CoLab members like to work, have fun – and we play well with others. We value the social environment and encourage activities that provide networking activities for our members. We have space for meetings, seminars, happy hours and other events from 5 to 9 p.m. during the week.

Our first-floor training room seats 60 people at conference tables, which CoLab can provide. Chairs, too. - Coworking Space
Our third-floor coworking space can accommodate 100 people – without tables. - Ping-Pong Room
Our first-floor coworking space is perfect for a smaller happy hour or reception.
Organizations are welcome to bring in their own caterers, who can use our community (non-commercial) kitchen for staging. We know parking in Downtown Nashville is challenging, and we will work with event organizers to arrange parking in our downstairs garage for evening events.
CoLab has grown into a true community, with Lunch and Learn sessions that help new and small businesses, social events and a shared sense that coworking is part of something bigger. And CoLab considers itself part of the broader Nashville entrepreneurial, tech, creative and non-profit communities. We’ve already hosted many outside groups and look forward visits from many more.
